Terms and Conditions with Privacy Policy

Thank you for choosing Company LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. The purpose of this privacy notice is to explain to you what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Services immediately. Please read this privacy notice carefully, as it will help you understand what we do with the information that we collect.

1. What information do we collect?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services. The personal information we collect may include the following: Names; phone numbers; email addresses; mailing addresses, and other similar information. All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. 4. Installation and Use

The Bharat GPS Tracker device must be installed by an authorized Bharat GPS Tracker technician. The GPS tracker must not be moved, relocated, or disconnected without prior notification to Bharat GPS Customer Support Representatives. The device is designed exclusively for tracking vehicles/objects to safeguard against theft.

5. Warranty Voidance

Warranty will be considered void if, during troubleshooting, it is found that the GPS tracker has been relocated, existing wires have been modified, or any other unauthorized changes have been made by the owner. If the GPS device is found to be malfunctioning after troubleshooting, it will take 3-4 working days to replace it with a new device.

6. Installation of Engine Cut GPS6. 

During the installation of Engine Cut GPS, the IGNITION wire will be cut and connected to the GPS Relay to control the engine. Bharat GPS or its technicians will not be responsible for any issues arising from the revocation of the installation after the cutting of wires.

7. Exclusions from Warranty

The warranty does not cover: External damage to the GPS device. Unauthorized modification or relocation of the GPS device. Burn or damage to existing power cables/wires. Shortage of power cable. Damage due to liquid/moisture penetration in the GPS device. Loss or theft of the GPS device.

8. Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Maintenance, troubleshooting, or replacement will only be performed within business locations and Authorized Service Centers. The owner must ensure that the vehicle/object is available at the location before the technician arrives. If the technician arrives and the vehicle/object is not available, the owner will be responsible for paying the applicable service charge.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bharat GPS Tracker is not responsible for the loss of the vehicle/object post-installation of the GPS tracker. The GPS Tracker device is not waterproof; the owner is responsible for protecting the device from moisture/liquid damage. Bharat GPS Management ensures that technicians will perform the installation with adequate safety measures and precautions.

10. Refund Policy

The Bharat GPS Tracker device is non-refundable once installed. Full support and service will be provided if the device malfunctions. Customers may request a service revocation within one month from the date of installation, provided the GPS is in working condition. The refund will be processed within two working days from the date of revoke approval.

11. Payment Terms and Recovery Rights

In the event that a customer fails to make the payment after installation or as per the agreed payment terms, Bharat GPS reserves the right to recover the GPS device. This measure is to ensure compliance with the financial agreement made at the time of installation.

12. Charges

GPS Tracker with Engine Status: Rs. 3499/- GPS Tracker with Engine Status and Engine On/Off: Rs. 4499/- GPS Tracker (Magnet): Rs. 5999/- Additional service charges apply for troubleshooting, vehicle changes, and license renewals.

13. Note

GST charges are applicable on all Bharat GPS products and services.
